NEXT STEPS

Next steps if If your paper has been accepted for presentation at ITHET 

1. If you are wanting to stay at the conference hotel, you need to book as
   soon as possible. This will be the height of the season, and accomodation will
   begin to sell out soon. Please see the information on the conference website
   at http://www.ithet.boun.edu.tr/pageacco.asp

2. Registration

a) Please visit the Conftool website at http://ithet.from-wa.com/conftool or http://58.173.5.131/conftool/ as soon as possible and "Register for Participation”. 

b) The preferred payment method is Paypal where you can use your Paypal balance or a credit card. (Use the reference number in the invoice)

c) Alternatively you may make a direct deposit to the bank account indicated. (Also use the reference number in the invoice)

d) Both the Invoice and Receipt can be downloaded from the Conftool system 

3. It is now time to prepare your Full Paper. 

a) See the section "IF YOUR EXTENDED ABSTRACT IS ACCEPTED FOR PRESENTATION” in the submission instructions at http://www.ithet.boun.edu.tr/file/Submission%20instructions.pdf

b) Please follow these instructions as closely as possible, including checking for IEEE PDF compliance. 

c) Remember to upload you paper into the Full Paper tracks as required. 

4. Please download and complete the IEEE Copyright form. Then upload it into the IEEE Copyright "track" in Conftool.

 

How to remit the registration fee:

 

A.  The preferred method of payment is via Paypal. Please use the Paypal button on the Conftool system to complete your payment.
